RMD Home Care Services is a Florida nurse registry connecting families with vetted, independent care professionals. Founded in Naples, we built RMD because our own families needed reliable, compassionate care that we could trust — and we knew other families deserved the same.
As a registry, we carefully refer and credential each contractor while keeping you, the client, in the driver's seat of your loved one's care. We pair the warmth of a small local team with the diligence of a healthcare-grade operation.
After more than 18 years in healthcare serving as an HHA, CNA, LPN, and RN, I have experienced every level of patient care firsthand. Those experiences inspired me to create a new generation of compassionate and highly trained caregivers by founding RMD Education & Training Services, where we provide quality CNA and HHA education.
Wanting to do even more for our community, I expanded that vision by launching RMD Home Care Services, a DBA of RMD Education & Training Services. Our mission is to ensure families receive exceptional, reliable, and compassionate care from professionals who are thoroughly trained and prepared to serve with excellence. We proudly prioritize referring graduates from RMD programs because we know of their training quality and dedication.
