RMD Home Care Services respects the privacy of the families and care professionals we serve. This page describes, at a high level, how we handle the information you share with us.

Information we collect

• Contact details and care preferences you submit through our forms
• Credential, scheduling, timesheet, and progress-note information for contractors and clients in our coordination workflow
• Account information (email, name, role) when you sign in to a portal

How we use it

• To coordinate care plans, scheduling, and timesheets
• To verify contractor credentials and eligibility
• To respond to inquiries and care requests

Protected health information (PHI)

When PHI is involved, RMD limits access to authorized staff and contractors with a need-to-know. We do not sell PHI and do not share it outside of permitted care coordination uses.

HIPAA / AHCA compliance disclaimer

This website and its tooling are designed to be HIPAA-conscious, but they do not, on their own, constitute a compliance program.
